  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact and advocate for a portfolio of customers;
  • Proactively develop and implement scalable engagement frameworks;
  • Collaboratively develop and execute customer success plans.

You Will Need

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building;
  • Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, or similar roles;
  • Experience supporting SMB or mid-market SaaS customers;
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

  • Proven ability to engage technical stakeholders and navigate IT processes to ensure customer success;
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise IT fundamentals and software implementation challenges.
