Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Analyst / Conversion Specialist / CRM Executive. The role involves monitoring and analyzing website and campaign performance, using digital analytics tools to track user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels. The specialist will optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and customer journeys to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention. Daily tasks include building and maintaining CRM segments, setting up and refining automated journeys, and ensuring accurate data capture across digital platforms. The role also includes preparing performance reports, presenting insights to stakeholders, collaborating on A/B tests, and recommending data-driven improvements to digital marketing and CRM strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills with hands-on experience in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to interpret trends, identify opportunities, and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track user behavior, measure conversions, and optimize digital funnels.
  • Effective Communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights and collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic knowledge of segmentation, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and digital marketing channels such as email, social, and paid media.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in wellness, skincare, or nutritional products is an advantage.
