Director of Ecosystem Partnerships

DeArk is the official gateway to the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) ecosystem in Europe.

In partnership with the DFINITY Foundation, we support builders, entrepreneurs, and investors with grants, education, events, incubation programs, and real-world Web3 adoption across Germany and beyond.

We’re looking for a Director of Ecosystem Partnerships to lead our growth and connect the ICP network with the most ambitious projects, protocols, and capital in Web3.

This role is for you if you:

• Have deep experience forging partnerships in the ICP, DeAI, or broader Web3 space
• Already maintain strong relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, investors, and ecosystem players
• Understand how to turn partnerships into grants, collaborations, events, and real adoption
• Live and breathe decentralized infrastructure and want to scale it across Europe

What you’ll lead:

• Strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, protocols, universities, corporations, and funds
• Expansion of our grant programs and incubation initiatives
• High-level collaborations that bring new builders, capital, and use cases into the ICP ecosystem
• Ecosystem events and initiatives that strengthen Germany’s position as a Web3 hub

What we offer:

• $150,000 – $175,000 USD base salary (depending on experience) + generous token package
