SEO Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and optimizing website content.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research to identify growth opportunities
• Optimise website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URLs)
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors)
• Build and execute link-building strategies
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics
• Analyse competitors and industry trends
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams
• Improve organic traffic and search rankings

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• Experience in content marketing or copywriting
• Knowledge of technical SEO and site architecture
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
• Understanding of local SEO and international SEO
