We’re working with a high-growth online healthcare provider on a pivotal hire to turn Meta into a major customer acquisition engine. You’ll join at a moment where speed, smart experimentation and commercial impact matter most—taking full ownership of paid social performance and the testing roadmap. If you thrive on making fast, data-backed decisions, partnering closely with creative and CRO, and scaling budgets with confidence, this is a chance to build a channel that materially moves the business within your first 90 days.
The Senior Paid Social Manager / Lead will own Meta & other channels end-to-end, using rapid testing and decisive budget management to scale new customer acquisition quickly.
Role Highlights
- Own paid social end-to-end: strategy, build, launch, optimise
- Run a weekly testing roadmap
- Hold budget control, including fast pause/reallocate decisions
- Turn performance data into clear creative briefs that win
- Work hand in hand with creative
- Deliver a 90-day growth mandate with measurable acquisition impact
You Will Need
- Strong hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
- Proven budget scaling from five to six/seven figures
- Strong analytics across GA/Looker and attribution tooling (e.g., Triple Whale/Hyros)
- Confidence making high-stakes decisions from early performance indicators
- Clear communication and strong cross-team collaboration
