In this position you will…

Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of marketing operations and AI capabilities that power bolt’s growth engine. You will ensure systems, data, and automation enable scalable, measurable, and efficient demand generation across all GTM motions.

You will be responsible for…

  • Owning and evolving marketing systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms
  • Designing scalable workflows across enterprise, SMB, and B2B2C GTM motions
  • Establishing best practices for data governance, system configuration, and change management
  • Defining and executing bolt’s AI strategy for marketing operations
  • Building AI-driven workflows for data enrichment, reporting, automation, and insights
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across marketing systems
  • Designing and maintaining attribution and measurement frameworks
  • Building dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline contribution
  • Leading marketing QBR processes with executive-ready insights
  • Driving automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations

For you to be successful…

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • 3–5+ years in leadership or strategic cross-functional roles
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and workflow tools (Zapier, Clay, etc.)
  • Proven ability to design attribution and reporting frameworks
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
  • Experience building and scaling AI-driven workflows
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into insights

Ensures accuracy, integrity, and usability of marketing data

Leads adoption of AI and automation to improve performance

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Advanced experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with AI tools and workflow automation
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
