Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans tailored to client needs, analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
