Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager. The person in this role will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Daily responsibilities include designing and executing lifecycle journeys, segmenting users based on behavior and demographics, and running targeted email, in-app, and messaging campaigns to drive activation, engagement, and subscription growth. The CRM & Lifecycle Manager will analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, create dashboards, and translate insights into actionable optimizations. This role will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to align messaging, improve customer experiences, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior, campaign performance, cohorts, and funnel metrics, and to make data-informed lifecycle decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to craft clear, compelling lifecycle messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with sales or revenue-focused funnels, including upsell, cross-sell, and subscription or SaaS growth motions.
- Proficiency in market segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization strategies across multiple lifecycle stages.
- Solid project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or growth/retention in a digital product or SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and independently driving projects from concept to results.
