About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant to support both marketing execution and day-to-day operational tasks.

In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and the go-to-market team to help keep campaigns organized, content published on time, and internal processes running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience across marketing and operations.

What You’ll DoMarketing & Content

• Create and publish newsletters, product updates, and social media content
• Design basic marketing materials (blog visuals, social graphics, flyers)
• Manage and update the company blog and social media accounts
• Monitor engagement and maintain content calendars

Campaign Support

• Assist with outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns (setup, messaging, tracking)
• Support marketing experiments and campaign execution
• Track performance and maintain simple reports

Operations & Coordination

• Monitor and track marketing activities and outcomes
• Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and lead tracking
• Help review and organize incoming leads and follow-ups
• Support planning for events, webinars, and conferences
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, admin, or similar roles
• Familiarity with digital marketing or outbound campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing tools, CMS platforms, or design tools
• Exposure to CRM systems or lead tracking
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
