Job Description: Support release marketing efforts by translating product updates into clear, polished, and on-brand content.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Capture product updates from multiple teams and convert them into digestible content
• Review and refine AI-generated or draft content for accuracy, tone, and clarity
• Create and maintain release-related assets such as decks and summaries
• Edit short-form content including product updates, email copy, and blog-style content
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with priorities and brand voice
• Improve content workflows for consistency and quality across deliverables

Requirements:Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or editorial roles
• Experience working in software or SaaS environments
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to refine content
• Experience editing short-form content (emails, blogs, product updates)
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) with critical review
• Ability to work independently while remaining communicative and collaborative

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with marketing platforms or similar tools
• Familiarity with CMS, wiki platforms, or documentation systems
• Experience in release marketing or high-volume product update environments
• Portfolio showcasing relevant content work
• Freelancer/consultant experience with part-time flexibility
