About Role

Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to shape a company’s brand, drive demand, and lead high-impact campaigns? We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and execute our marketing strategy, elevate our brand, and drive measurable pipeline growth across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support company growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute a multi-year marketing strategy that aligns with company growth, revenue, and brand objectives.
  • Own and execute all marketing functions—from brand and creative strategy to email marketing, communications, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end lead generation strategy, from campaign planning and execution to measurement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline goals, sales enablement needs, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and communications channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing marketing team with clear goals and accountability.
  • Introduce marketing processes, tools, and policies to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Represent marketing in executive discussions and cross-functional initiatives.

Who You Are

  • A strategic and hands-on marketing leader with 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of multi-channel marketing teams.
  • Experienced in creative strategy, email marketing, corporate communications, and lead generation.
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth and ROI through marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Sales and executive leadership to influence strategy and execution.
  • A strong analytical thinker, able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experienced building and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and effective working remotely.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to create executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Leadership presence to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is primarily a remote position, requiring extended periods of sitting and regular computer use. Occasional domestic travel may be required for client visits or company events. Employees are responsible for maintaining a comfortable, ergonomic workspace and taking regular breaks to stretch and move. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.

Equal Opportunity Statement

4over is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. It provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, age, religion, disability, or any other legally protected status and takes affirmative action to recruit, employ, train, and promote qualified minorities, women, covered veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
