Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Amba’s marketing initiatives by managing
timelines, coordinating assets, and ensuring campaigns and communications are delivered
accurately and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-
oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign and Project Support
- Coordinate timelines and task lists for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Track deliverables and follow up with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
Content and Communications
- Assist with drafting, scheduling, and distributing emails, social posts, and announcements
- Update website content, landing pages, and basic marketing materials
- Support the creation and maintenance of case studies, one-pagers, and presentations
Digital and CRM Support
- Schedule and manage social media posts, primarily on LinkedIn
- Maintain and organize contact lists and segmentation within HubSpot
- Pull basic performance metrics and assist with reporting
Events and Trade Shows
- Support planning and logistics for conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Coordinate shipments, print materials, and event timelines
- Assist with pre- and post-event communications and follow-up
Brand and Asset Management
- Organize and maintain marketing assets and templates
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM or email
- platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or B2B technology
- Familiarity with HubSpot, marketing automation, or event planning
- Interest in mission-driven or purpose-led work

Salary & Benefits
- Salary range $55,000 - $65,000
- Laptop and home office equipment if needed (monitor, desk, etc.)
- 401(k) with immediate eligibility and 100% match on the first 4%
