My name is Joanna, and I’m the Chief of Staff at HoloGrowth, an eCommerce Growth Agency responsible for scaling brands to 7- and 8-figures.

We are hiring a Marketing Assistant who is obsessed with accuracy, analysis, and structured execution.

This is not a typical “support” role. You will be expected to think, solve, analyze, and take ownership.

We move fast, we work smart, and we train but don’t babysit.

YOUR ROLE

You will play a core role in the performance engine of the agency. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions across ads, creative, and operations.

Data & Reporting

• Build accurate, structured, and reliable reports that clearly explain performance trends across marketing, creative, and business KPIs.
• Translate raw data into insights, not just charts. Your reports help the team make decisions.
• Maintain dashboards, track anomalies, flag issues early, and ensure numbers always match across sources.

Analysis

• Break down campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, etc.) and identify patterns, problems, and root causes.
• Provide clear, structured summaries that help the team understand what happened, why, and what needs to change.
• Support testing frameworks with precise data tagging, interpretation, and documentation.

Research

• Conduct deep, structured research on brands, competitors, audiences, and creative trends.
• Present findings in a clear, organized format.

Ad Creative

• Design and edit ads, visuals, and short-form video assets in Canva, Figma, and CapCut (or similar).
• Use data to inform creative decisions: what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve.

Execution & Ownership

• Manage tasks proactively across teams (ads, creative, automation, operations).
• Deliver work on time, without repeated follow-up, and with a high bar for quality.
• Solve problems independently and figure things out that no one has done before.

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Write and speak fluent English
• Have 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Love numbers, spreadsheets, and structured work
• Understand key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, etc.)
• Have used Canva before to create complex designs
• Learn quickly, take initiative, and love solving problems independently

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

• Have experience with creative performance analysis or reporting
• Have basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
• Have designed ad creatives before
• Have used automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
• Speak or understand German
