Job Title: CRM Specialist
Location: Remote (UK Based)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus
The Company
This fast-growing CRM and retention marketing agency is shaking up the way brands connect with their customers. Part of a wider marketing group, they partner with ambitious clients across a range of sectors to deliver CRM strategies that genuinely move the needle.
If you’re early in your career and looking to break out of rigid approval chains and boxed-in roles, this is your opportunity to take the lead, make a real commercial impact, and work directly with senior stakeholders – without the red tape.
Role & Responsibilities
As a CRM Specialist, you’ll hit the ground running – delivering high-impact campaigns, working closely with clients, and playing a key role in strategy development. You’ll manage multiple accounts and be involved in every stage of the process, from ideation through to execution and optimisation.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and execute full-funnel CRM strategies across email, automation, and retention channels
- Write conversion-focused email copy and design engaging templates that people want to open
- Use tools like Klaviyo (and others) to build workflows that drive retention, engagement, and revenue
- Report on campaign performance using real data to demonstrate impact and drive improvements
- Present directly to clients and contribute to wider business and campaign strategy
- Explore additional channels such as SMS and push notifications, where relevant
- Embrace AI tools to work more efficiently and creatively
You’ll work directly with the agency’s founder – your ideas won’t just be heard, they’ll be implemented.
Your Skills & Experience
You’re likely 1-3 years into your marketing career, and you’ve already got a solid understanding of what makes CRM campaigns succeed. You’re ready for more ownership and more creative control.
You’ll need:
- Proven experience delivering results through CRM/email marketing campaigns
- Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal – for client-facing communication
- Strong copywriting and email design instincts, with a commercial focus
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo (others welcome too)
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with AI tools and a mindset that embraces smarter working
- Bonus points for experience with SMS, push notifications, or mobile CRM
Company Benefits
- Fully remote role with genuine flexibility over how and where you work
- Direct access to the founder and senior team – no layers of management
- Fast-track career growth with exposure to high-level strategy and major clients
- L&D support, regular socials, and team meetups
- Company pension
