Partner Marketing Specialist

We're working with a rapidly scaling global partner marketing organization that acts as an operational backbone, driving campaign execution and partner enablement across multiple regions. The Role

• Manage the complete budget lifecycle, including PO creation, vendor onboarding, and accrual tracking
• Identify budget opportunities and reallocate funds for highest-impact activities with regional and global teams
• Create dashboards and reporting for ROI insights and performance trends
• Standardise and document partner marketing workflows across global regions for consistency
• Provide training and support for operational queries to help teams execute programs independently
• Support the onboarding of new marketing suppliers and the rollout of new tools to the partner ecosystem

What You'll Need

• Strong mathematical and analytical mindset with excitement for spreadsheets and trend analysis
• 2-4 years in Marketing Operations, Partner Marketing, or Business Analysis
• Proficiency with financial management tools like Allocadia or Netsuite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and partner well across global teams
• Fluent in English
