This is a brand-new, fully remote position designed for an analytical powerhouse to take total ownership of a digital engine and build a high-impact marketing strategy from the ground up. You will be the architect of the brand's digital journey, leveraging performance marketing and sophisticated data automation to scale visibility and engagement. • Lead the end-to-end digital strategy, driving commercial growth through multi-channel campaign planning and precise delivery across organic and paid channels.
• Architect and optimize the CRM ecosystem, utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and deliver data-driven insights through Google Analytics.
• Direct the content roadmap and digital asset creation, ensuring brand consistency across social media management and website updates via CMS platforms.
• Execute high-performance SEO and PPC strategies to maximize reach, managing external suppliers and budget allocations to ensure high ROI.
• Collaborate across the business to support live events and digital engagement initiatives, blending technical execution with creative marketing flair.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, with a deep understanding of SEO (on-page/off-page), Paid Social execution, and PPC bid management.
• Hands-on expertise with Marketing Automation software and CRM data management to drive personalized customer journeys.
• Technical proficiency in managing website architectures and using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics/Search Console) to report on KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships effectively.
• A relevant professional qualification (CIM or IDM) or a continuous record of CPD in modern digital marketing practices is highly preferred.
