Content Strategist

We are seeking a Content Strategist, who will orchestrate teams’ entire security content ecosystem, optimize it for AI use, and ensure that messaging remains consistent across all security assets.

This role focuses on how content connects for example, ensuring a white paper update cascades appropriately into training materials and customer-facing delivery channels while minimizing maintenance overhead and maximizing effectiveness.

• 7+ years in content strategy, content operations, knowledge management, or a similar role demonstrating ecosystem-level thinking.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in content workflows and to build enablement resources.
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools; ability to design metrics frameworks that translate data into actionable recommendations and prove value.
• Experience managing content and knowledge delivery platforms.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and achieve results by working through content creators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders rather than by direct execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, information science, business, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience considered).
• Industry experience relevant to cloud security, compliance, or other technical field.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $80 to 89.95/hr on W2.
