The Role

As Marketing Analytics Lead, you’ll be a key driver of insight-led marketing, working directly with the Senior Analytics Manager. You’ll turn data into actionable recommendations that improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

What you’ll do:

• Map and analyse the customer lifecycle, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and churn drivers
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to optimise retention, engagement, and marketing ROI
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including ROI, CAC, CTRs, open rates, and conversion rates
• Design, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, web, landing pages, and direct mail
• Partner with marketing teams to optimise acquisition and retention campaigns
• Produce regular performance reports with recommendations and present findings to senior leadership
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to inform strategic decisions

Your Background

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in financial services marketing analytics
• Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing analytics, campaign experimentation, and direct marketing
• Proficiency in data visualisation to clearly communicate insights
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
