Email/SMS Execution Support

40 hours/week

100% remote; client is only considering people in CST or EST

Pay: $30/hr

Required: Klaviyo

Duration: 11/1/25 – 12/31/25

Scope:

The contractor will manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the Canada (English and Quebec) Email and SMS marketing channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and on-brand campaign delivery throughout the peak holiday and promotional period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management & Execution
  • Maintain the Canada Email/SMS content calendar, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and promotional plans
  • Build, schedule, and deploy Email/SMS campaigns within designated marketing platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive QA on all campaigns to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance prior to launch
  • Ad-hoc support with triggered optimizations during peak Black Friday/Cyber Monday period
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Creative team to align on content strategy, asset delivery timelines, and campaign themes
  • Collaborate with CRM and Merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging and cross-channel alignment
  • Operational Excellence
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all campaigns, including QA checks and deployment records
  • Quality Assurance & Accuracy
  • Uphold a high standard of precision in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and content deployment
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure flawless execution

Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Email/SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze, Iterable, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, content management, and QA best practices
  • Bonus: Fluency in Canadian French for campaign localization and translation support

Reporting & Communication

The contract will report to the Director of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing and provide regular updates.
