Veblio Oy (veblio.com) is a Finnish startup building AI-powered learning platforms, including ykiprep.fi and rayskill.com. We are four senior engineers with 30+ years of combined technical experience.
We are looking for a Product Lead to join us as a founding team member and take complete ownership of rayskill.com. Since we already have full-stack development covered, your focus will be turning our technical build into a market-ready product users love.
The Role
You will lead product strategy, user testing, and go-to-market execution. Working alongside our engineering team, you will shape the roadmap, ensure quality, and directly drive user growth.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on Quality: Test new builds thoroughly to ensure a smooth, high-quality user experience.
- Course development: Develop courses on the site by working with the instructors
- Go-to-Market: Lead marketing and growth strategies end-to-end to launch, acquire, and retain users.
- Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the engineering team to align product goals with technical delivery.
- Product Strategy: Generate, refine, and prioritize new feature ideas to build a clear product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in product management, growth marketing, or startup execution
- A hands-on mindset—you love testing products, spotting bugs, and refining user flows
- Strong understanding of product marketing, user acquisition channels, and messaging
- Ability to prioritize features based on user feedback and business impact
- Independence and drive to build an early-stage product from zero to one
