The Role
- Execute brand and category marketing activities, campaigns, and product launches across European markets
- Create and coordinate marketing content, sales materials, and retailer communications while ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Creative teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities and translate insights into marketing actions
- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets across Europe
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Category Marketing
- Experience coordinating campaigns, product launches, and marketing projects
- Strong writing skills and a good sense of brand communication
- Experience with content management systems such as PIM, DAM, or CMS is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Affinity with D2C and omnichannel marketing
- Excellent command of English and one additional language: German or French
- Experience within consumer products, home appliances, or lifestyle products is an advantage
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A strong team player who can engage and influence others
- Comfortable working in a dynamic international organization
- Compensation in accordance with the IG Metall collective bargaining agreement, including a performance bonus, vacation pay, Christmas bonus, and other one-time payments
