Job Title: Graduate Campaign Executive

Location: Remote role but must be based in London

Salary: £25,000 basic with OTE of £32,000 - £38,000

Our client is looking for a proactive and data-driven individual to join their growing marketing team. In this role, you will be a key player in our campaign operations, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our outreach initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment and is eager to develop their career in the dynamic world of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from initial setup to launch. This includes creating and implementing automated data validation rules to maintain data integrity.
  • Data & Reporting: Conduct data entry and perform quality assurance on lead generation lists, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. You'll also be tasked with analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and communicate insights to the team.
  • Operational Support: Work with our client systems to handle integrations and respond to ad-hoc tasks from leadership. Your support will ensure the smooth execution of all campaigns and a high level of service for our clients.
  • Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating campaign status and any data-related issues clearly and promptly.

What We’re Looking For

  • A knack for problem-solving and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data and adept at using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Someone who is analytical by nature and enjoys working towards targets.
  • A strong communicator who is open to learning and is a reliable team player.
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, or Engineering.

Desired Skills (but not essential):

  • Prior experience in a B2B operations or marketing role.
  • A working knowledge of campaign analysis and reporting.
