We are working with a rapidly scaling international company operating at the forefront of fintech and digital assets. As the business continues to expand globally, they are looking for an experienced PR Manager to take ownership of their public relations strategy and elevate brand visibility across key markets.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about storytelling, media relations, and shaping industry narratives.

The Role

As PR Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a strategic PR roadmap, driving high-quality media coverage and positioning the business as a leading voice within fintech and digital assets.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance executive visibility, secure top-tier media placements, and support key company initiatives through impactful communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business growth and market positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and event organisers across fintech, tech, and business media
• Proactively pitch stories, insights, and announcements to secure high-impact media coverage
• Create and manage press materials, including press releases, messaging frameworks, and executive communications
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities, podcasts, webinars, and industry events for senior leadership
• Support executives with preparation for media appearances and public engagements
• Lead PR campaigns around product launches, milestones, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor media coverage and brand sentiment, managing communications during sensitive situations if required
• Manage external PR agencies and ensure alignment with performance goals
• Track and report on PR performance metrics, including media coverage, share of voice, and digital impact

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• 4+ years’ experience in PR or communications
• Proven experience within fintech, digital assets, Web3, or financial services
• Strong track record securing coverage in top-tier international media
• Established network of journalists and media contacts within relevant sectors
• Experience managing executive visibility, including speaking and podcast opportunities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in high-growth or international environments
• Background in content marketing or investor communications
• Experience managing PR agencies and budgets
