Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-commerce Specialist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will manage online storefronts, update and optimize product listings, and track sales performance to maximize revenue. Responsibilities include analyzing key metrics, identifying trends to improve sales strategies, and delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies and ensure an enhanced user experience on our platforms.
