User Experience Writer

We are seeking an experienced UX Content Designer to join our User Experience Design team. You will bring clarity, empathy, and cultural nuance to our product experiences, helping users navigate and connect with confidence. As part of a cross-functional team, you will create localized, high-quality interface content and establish German UX writing guidelines that align with our global standards while respecting local culture and expectations. 

Key Responsibilities· Craft clear, engaging UX content for a variety of product interfaces, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.

· Develop German UX writing guidelines to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all content, in alignment with global brand standards.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, developers, and researchers to design seamless, user-focused experiences.

· Leverage data and insights to inform writing decisions, optimize content performance, and explore new content opportunities.

· Manage projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.

Qualifications· 3+ years of UX writing or content design experience, ideally within e-commerce or a digital agency setting.

· German speaker with professional proficiency in English; ability to write with clarity, precision, and cultural relevance.

· Strong product thinking and a proven ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

· Data-driven mindset, with experience using research and insights to guide content decisions.

· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Bonus: Spoken Mandarin proficiency.
