🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display).
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimizations.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track performance.
• Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, online marketing, or related roles (internships or freelance experience accepted).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
