We are seeking a Senior SEM Specialist to join our digital marketing team and lead the strategic execution of high-impact campaigns - read until the end!

In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning, managing, and optimizing paid media efforts across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other key platforms. Reporting to the PPC Director, you’ll be a key player in driving results, improving processes, and mentoring junior team members when needed.

You will also spearhead SEO optimization for select clients, enhancing website rankings through usability improvements, content structure, keyword strategy, and conversion-focused updates. A strong analytical mindset, fluency in English, and confidence using AI-powered tools and top SEO platforms are musts.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, build, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and other paid media channels.
  • Lead SEO improvement efforts for client websites based on content, keyword intent, UX, and conversion performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and SEO metrics, identify trends, and proactively implement optimizations to improve ROAS, CPL, and ranking.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop ad copy and landing page insights, and manage bidding strategies.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Ads, Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI-based optimization platforms.
  • Deliver performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, dev, and strategy, to align campaign execution with client goals.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, AI advancements, and best practices in paid media and SEO.
  • Help define and refine internal processes and playbooks for scalable growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience, managing medium-to-large ad budgets and optimizing for performance.
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, content optimization, and on-page best practices.
  • Experience with AI tools for automation, creative generation, or data analysis in a performance marketing context.
  • Advanced skills in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. C1 English level or above is strictly required – must be fluent and comfortable with client-facing discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.
