Senior Google Ads Specialist (Hands-On, High-Spend)

We are hiring a hands-on Google Ads specialist to operate and scale high-spend Google Ads accounts in healthcare and diagnostics.

This is not a management role, not a strategy-only role, and not a programming position. You will be inside the accounts daily, making decisions that directly affect cost, quality, and revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts with $50k+ monthly spend

Operate Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns

Fix accounts suffering from high spend and low conversion quality

Control Smart Bidding by improving conversion signals

Build and maintain GA4, GTM, enhanced, and offline conversions

Diagnose wasted spend from bots, poor placements, or weak targeting

Optimize toward qualified bookings and paid outcomes, not leads

Required Experience

5+ years hands-on Google Ads experience

Personally managed $50k–$150k+/month budgets

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated industries

Strong understanding of Smart Bidding, Broad Match, and PMax limits

Practical experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager

Scope

Comfortable working with conversion integrations and CRM feedback loops

Able to define what should be automated and what should stay manual
