Role Description

This is a project-based, fully remote role for a Collaborator at Exoalis. The Collaborator will engage in a variety of tasks depending on project requirements, which may include software development, technical consulting, collaboration on API design, cloud infrastructure planning, and technical audits. The role will involve problem-solving, research, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of deliverables. The position is full-time and will require adaptability to complement team goals and client deliverables effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web and mobile development, including experience with SPAs, PWAs, and cross-platform frameworks
• Strong expertise in API architecture (REST, GraphQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare) implementation and optimization
• Skills in system integration (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways) and database engineering (SQL, NoSQL data modeling, migrations, and performance)
• Understanding of Technical SEO practices, such as Core Web Vitals, structured data, and technical site audits
• Ability to conduct and document in-depth code reviews and provide strategic IT consulting
• Proficiency in agile and iterative development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with low-code tools for rapid MVP development is a plus
• Previous project-based or freelance experience is advantageous
