What You’ll Do
As FrontrowMD’s Paid Media Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns across platforms — driving measurable growth and efficient customer acquisition for our healthcare and wellness brand partners.
You’ll:
- Develop and manage cross-channel paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS and scale our paid programs.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to define audience segments, creative direction, and testing roadmaps.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic pivots.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing operations to continuously test new ad formats, messages, and audiences.
- Own the paid media budget and conversion optimization for paid landing pages — allocating spend efficiently and forecasting based on performance trends.
- Own the creative development process for ad creative.
- Support marketing operations and revenue operations in attribution, tracking setup, and analytics implementation for paid programs.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and privacy changes that impact media performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns for scale-up B2B brands serving ecommerce, CPG, and/or health and wellness sectors
- Deep familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and performance analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience leveraging AI tools for paid media optimization, creative optimization and analysis, and testing
- Extensive experience in deep paid and market research for media planning and buying
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally
