Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Escalate complex cases to senior representatives or relevant departments when necessary

• Maintain accurate records of interactions using internal CRM tools

• Support continuous improvement by identifying common customer pain points and suggesting process enhancements

• Meet performance targets related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or contact centre environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic approach to customer interactions
