You support our team as Junior Key Account ManagerResponsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and ensure flawless in-store execution, with a strong focus on customer relationship management, promotional planning, and coordination of field activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager responsible for central negotiations and distribution centers to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring regular visits and a strong in-store presence.
- Execute annual customer plans to develop category potential and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with store managers; align on promotional calendars, secure orders, and define product assortment and promotional space.
- Oversee in-store execution, including assortment checks, promotional island setups, and compliance with display standards.
- Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic actions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and support accurate forecasting and promotional effectiveness analysis.
- Coordinate with distribution centers and wholesalers to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
- Travel in the assigned territory ( Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria) to ensure client visit.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales as Sell Out Specialist or Jr KAM
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and promotional mechanics.
- Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship builder.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory
