Focus: Hands-on ownership of email marketing, automation workflows, analytics, and marketing ops systems. This is an execution-heavy role—not strategic.

Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and maintain email drip campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign.
• Manage list segmentation, tagging, and deliverability best practices.
• Configure and manage marketing automations, tracking, and reporting using tools like Zapier, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets etc.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4, ActiveCampaign Analytics, and dashboards.
• Ensure smooth operation of marketing integrations and troubleshoot issues across the martech stack.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in a hands-on marketing operations or email automation role.
• Proficient in ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Google Analytics, and basic web tracking setups.
• Detail-oriented with a strong operational mindset; able to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
