A fast-growing, mission-driven better-for-you consumer brand is looking for a Social & Community Marketing Manager to lead its organic social strategy, influencer marketing, community engagement, and brand partnerships during an exciting stage of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and brand building. You'll have the opportunity to shape how the brand shows up across social channels, build authentic creator relationships, and develop community-first marketing strategies that drive awareness and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Build and execute influencer and creator programs from strategy through measurement.
- Develop and grow an engaged online community while maintaining the brand's voice.
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships, collaborations, and experiential marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to bring brand campaigns to life.
- Manage external social, influencer, and PR agency partners while helping optimize future marketing capabilities.
- Monitor performance metrics and leverage insights to improve engagement, reach, and overall brand impact.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in social media, influencer, community, or brand marketing.
- Brand-side experience within CPG, food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven success growing organic social channels and building engaged online communities.
- Experience developing influencer and creator partnerships.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative storyteller with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Passion for wellness, consumer brands, and mission-driven organizations.
