Flavor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our product sampling and activation campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in logistics, events and marketing.

You will work closely with the Accounts & Operations team as well as external vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of all campaigns across markets, supporting everything from resource and logistics to performance tracking and execution.

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings during campaign periods.
  • Driving License
  • Experience working with FMCG brands or agencies specialising in consumer sampling or experiential marketing, familiarity with CRM systems or data analytics platforms for campaign reporting would be preferable as well

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support the Account & Operations team across all campaigns, develop campaigns in the UK + Europe, build + manage budgets, on board suppliers + partners, coordinate with internal departments to ensure all aspects of each project are running smoothly.
  • The coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
  • Overseeing all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of projects.
  • Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project + measurement documentation.
  • Managing up to manage resource + capacity as well as preparing reports for Senior Account Director + upper management regarding status of project.
  • Ultimately own and represent Operational Excellence across the business.
  • Champion the Operational Department - ensuring requirements across live, in home and digital sampling are streamlined as efficiently as possible.
  • Supporting onsite teams when needed (This can include rigging, event management or supporting as a brand ambassador, and maybe required outside of normal office hours) 
  • Attend site visits as required

No formal qualifications are required, but someone who has at least 18 months experience in Marketing Agencies and is eager to develop with an agency that is growing rapidly is preferred…
