The Role

Seeking a modern GTM operator — not a traditional salesperson — who understands how go-to-market works today. This role blends AI-driven workflows, automation, partnerships, and real human connection to create a repeatable, scalable growth machine.

What You’ll Build

• AI-driven GTM workflows that automate and accelerate growth
• Autonomous outbound and prospecting agents that identify and engage opportunities
• Automated pipeline generation systems that continuously feed the funnel
• Partnership-led distribution models that expand reach and credibility
• Real conversations with real operators to drive meaningful relationships and deals

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable GTM systems powered by AI and automation
• Build and manage outbound engines that run autonomously
• Experiment with new AI tools, agents, and workflows to optimise performance
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships to align growth strategies
• Measure, iterate, and refine every part of the revenue engine

What You Bring

• Deep understanding of modern GTM systems and AI-driven growth
• Proven ability to turn automation into revenue
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools and GTM agents
• Experience or strong interest in logistics, ecommerce, or supply chains
• Obsession with building pipeline and scaling systems
