Role Overview
The Strategic Growth Manager sits on our Growth & Enablement team and plays a key role in identifying and executing value-creation opportunities.
This newly created position blends data analysis, strategy, and operational partnership. The individual will analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities to improve client retention, treatment mix, and overall performance. They will then work closely with operations leaders to translate insights into initiatives that drive measurable growth. Unlike a purely analytical role, this position is focused on turning strategy into execution. The associate will partner directly with business owners, and regional leaders to ensure initiatives are practical, adopted, and deliver sustained results.
In this crucial role, the work you do directly supports portfolio EBITDA growth and long-term value creation across our partnerships. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and is ideal for individuals interested in the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operational value creation within a private equity–backed platform.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Analysis
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify growth opportunities across our portfolio
- Conduct segmentation and performance analysis to uncover trends in treatment mix, client behavior, and revenue drivers
- Develop data-driven recommendations that improve performance and profitability
Value Creation Initiatives (Support and execute initiatives across several key growth levers)
Optimization
- Analyze protocols and service mix to identify opportunities to improve both outcomes and economics
- Partner with business owners and operations leaders to implement improvements
Client Retention & Education
- Design and scale initiatives that improve client engagement and retention
- Support segmentation, testing, and iterative campaign optimization
Online Growth
- Drive adoption of online tools/recurring revenue
- Lead training and implementation efforts to ensure sustained adoption
Data-Driven Client Communication
- Evaluate how our brand communicate with clients and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Operational Partnership & Enablement
- Work closely with business owners and operational leaders to translate analytical insights into operational improvements
- Develop tools, playbooks, and training programs that enable our teams to execute growth initiatives effectively
- Lead one-to-many trainings and discussions that drive adoption of best practices across the network
- Serve as a bridge between strategy and operations.
Continuous Improvement
- Track performance of growth initiatives and refine programs based on real-world results
- Incorporate product feedback to improve tools and playbooks over time
- Contribute to scalable value-creation strategies
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or data-driven strategy roles within high-growth companies
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into clear operational insights
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for analysis and insight generation
- Solid financial acumen, including familiarity with P&Ls, revenue mix, margin drivers, and EBITDA levers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both corporate and frontline teams
- Highly collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in multi-site service environments is a plus
