DescriptionOur Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and evaluating various marketing events that align with our brand's goals and objectives. This position involves extensive coordination and communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations. The position will be responsible for organizing events such as trade shows, conferences, service launches, and promotional gatherings while managing budgets, timelines, and logistics effectively. The selected candidate should possess strong project management skills and a knack for creative problem-solving to enhance the attendee experience and drive engagement. Additionally, this person will work closely with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies to promote our initiatives, capture leads, and measure event success through detailed reporting. What you'll do:
- Plan and execute marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring they align with brand and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define event objectives and target audiences.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring costs are kept within approved limits and schedules are adhered to.
- Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation arrangements.
- Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
- On-site management during events to oversee operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or marketing coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in using event management software and marketing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.
