The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement, collaborating cross-functionally to develop data-driven strategies that connect with caregivers, patients, and community partners. Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize member acquisition campaigns using data-driven A/B testing
- Support creation and execution of nurture campaigns and digital engagement strategies
- Build and maintain dashboards for marketing and funnel performance tracking
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to enhance awareness and enrollment
- Develop content for patient-facing, B2B, and social media communications
- Lead post-production for podcasts and manage social media content calendars
- Manage influencer/KOL partnerships and community ambassador programs
- Serve as day-to-day program manager across marketing initiatives
- Support outreach and relationship-building with local and community-based organizations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in digital health or telehealth programs
- Proven track record managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and experimentation mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional remote work environment
- Experience with ESPs like Braze is a plus
- Passion for improving dementia care and working in emerging healthcare spaces
- Startup experience or comfort with ambiguity and iterative processes
