You know that feeling when you see a brand do something and think, I wish that was mine to run? This is one of those.
We're a Sydney food company most people underestimate until they look closer. We feed thousands of workplaces, including Google, Nike, Salesforce and Louis Vuitton. Our retail store went viral as the city's answer to Erewhon, pulling millions of views and collaborations with the likes of Fenty and MyFitnessPal.
We started with three people and a kitchen in 2022. There are 150-plus of us now, running our own kitchens, delivery fleet and software to proudly have delivered over 100,000 orders, fresh and on time.
In 2026 we acquired Snack Proud and brought it into the family. One Feedwell Group, two brands, and a brand story we've barely started telling properly. That's where you come in.
The role
You'll own marketing end to end across both brands, and you'll make the work, not just approve someone else's. The product is genuinely, obsessively good and the operation behind it actually delivers, so your job isn't to dress up a weak product. It's to take something already excellent and put it on a megaphone.
One week you're building a relationship with the EA who orders lunch for 200 people. The next you're on a content shoot, pitching a journalist, or turning the store's latest moment into the next collab before the hype cools.
What You'd Own
- The marketing calendar across both brands, campaigns, activations, launches and content.
- Campaigns end to end, the brief, the shoot, the launch, and the honest read on what worked.
- The retail store as a brand and content engine, turning its viral pull into collabs and momentum.
- Grassroots activations and the sample-box program that get us in front of the CEOs and EAs who make the call.
- PR direct to media, your releases and journalist relationships, no agency in the middle.
- Social and content across both brands, setting the direction and making plenty of it yourself, supported by an incredible content creator.
- The brand itself, how Feedwell and Snack Proud look, sound and feel everywhere they show up.
You'll lead a Marketing Coordinator (remote), and work hand in glove with a seriously sharp Head of Digital who owns everything digital; website, ecommerce, CRM and paid. And you'd be mentored by a highly recognised marketing leader who is currently mentoring this team, the kind of access that's rare a few years into a career.
What You'll Bring
- 4 to 7 years in marketing, ideally food, retail, FMCG or hospitality, with real range across ecommerce, activations, social, brand and PR, not just one lane.
- You're still on the tools. You open the file, write the line, show up to the shoot, and you're proud of that.
- You run campaigns end to end without dropping the ball in the messy middle.
- Hand you a brief and you run it. You make the call and move, rather than waiting for permission.
- Comfortable pitching media directly, you can write a release and build a journalist relationship without an agency.
- Ready to lead a Marketing Coordinator, first time or not. Clear direction and follow-through matter more than years of managing.
- A strong writer who can brief a designer, a journalist or a remote teammate with equal clarity.
- You like people, you move fast, and you want a place where briefs land Monday and things ship Friday.
You'll have a product you can genuinely be proud to shout about, a brand people already talk about, and a viral store to build on, all sitting on top of an operation that actually delivers what your marketing promises. You'll get real ownership and the backing to make your own calls instead of having them second-guessed, plus mentorship from someone genuinely incredible while you're at it.
Our mission is to make food the best part of the workday. Our vision is to be loved by every workplace in Australia. And we live by three simple rules: be great, not good. See it, call it, fix it. Get it right, not be right.
