Fairsky Partners is an affiliate program operating three regulated online casinos across Europe, Canada, and Tier-3 markets. We are looking for a strong performer who will play a key role in scaling user acquisition and driving sustainable growth.

The Role

We are seeking a Head of User Acquisition who will take full ownership of our media buying and performance marketing strategy. At the initial stage, you will be hands-on in setting up and managing campaigns. Over time, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the user acquisition strategy across core markets (Europe, Canada, Tier-3)
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Drive measurable growth by monitoring and improving KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI)
  • Explore and test new acquisition channels, formats, and creative approaches
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and affiliate teams to align growth initiatives
  • Build, hire, and manage the User Acquisition team as the company scales

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads (must-have)
  • Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, funnel metrics, and performance analytics
  • Track record of working with varied budgets and scaling acquisition efficiently
  • Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, adaptive, and driven by results
  • Fluent English (for platform usage and external communication)
