Role DescriptionThe Product Designer / Graphic Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences and visually compelling design solutions that enhance product usability, strengthen brand identity, and support business objectives. This role combines UX/UI design expertise with graphic design skills to deliver consistent, engaging, and functional experiences across digital products and marketing channels.Key responsibilities include designing user interfaces, user experiences, branding materials, digital assets, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content. The role develops user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, icons, illustrations, and production-ready graphics while ensuring consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.The position collaborates with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing design solutions. It contributes to the development and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, style guides, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms.The role conducts user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and design evaluations to identify opportunities for improving user experience, accessibility, and product performance. It analyzes user feedback and design metrics to refine interfaces and continuously improve product usability.The role also supports branding initiatives, creative campaigns, and cross-functional design projects while staying informed about emerging design trends, technologies, accessibility standards, and industry best practices. Continuous collaboration, creativity, and iterative design are essential to delivering high-quality user experiences and visual communication.QualificationsStrong understanding of product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, graphic design, branding, visual communication, and user-centered design methodologies. Ability to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically balanced digital experiences.Proficiency in industry-standard design, prototyping, illustration, and collaboration tools for creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems, marketing materials, and production-ready visual assets. Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and design system management is an advantage.Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, information architecture, visual hierarchy, branding principles, and design consistency with exceptional attention to detail.Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user research, business objectives, and stakeholder feedback into effective and innovative design solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and work effectively throughout the product development lifecycle.Strong organizational skills, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple design projects while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
