Role Description

This is a contract, commission-only remote position for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies, recruit and manage affiliate partners, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Daily tasks will include identifying opportunities for growth, communicating with partners, and ensuring successful promotions to increase sales and brand reach. Collaboration with the broader marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives is an important aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and general Marketing techniques
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with affiliates and internal teams
• Analytical skills to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
• Experience in e-commerce or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
