The Position
The Account Services Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring efficient account services, proactive client engagement, and reliable coordination across Exemplar Global’s global customer base. Reporting to the Account Services Manager, this role supports onboarding, renewals, account health activities, and delivery of commitments across a wide product range. The role also helps identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and supports collaboration across teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate onboarding, renewals, account health activities, and service commitments.
• Support sales activities through lead tracking and post-sales handovers.
• Facilitate collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance.
• Maintain CRM and financial data accuracy, supporting reporting and insights.
• Contribute to workflow documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking ForExperience: 1–3 years in account support, customer service, administration, or process coordination. Backgrounds that could be a good fit include Account Coordinator, Sales Support, Membership Coordinator, or Client Services. Experience with training providers, education services, or membership-based organizations will be highly regarded.
Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, data/analytics, or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics), Teams, SharePoint, Power BI; basic understanding of finance systems. Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative in a dynamic global setting.
