THE ROLE

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a strong focus on paid acquisition and performance marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified traffic and measurable growth.

You will actively work with HubSpot as our core marketing platform to track performance, analyze funnels, and support campaign optimization. Working closely with the design and marketing teams, you will test creatives, messaging, and audiences to continuously improve results. This role is well-suited for a senior-level marketer eager to grow their expertise in performance-driven growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, with a strong focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Testing and scaling new growth tactics to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align paid acquisition campaigns with broader business objectives and customer journey priorities.
  • Use HubSpot to monitor funnel performance, lead quality, and campaign results across paid channels.
  • Set up and maintain campaign tracking (UTMs, attribution, reporting) in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve paid campaign results.
  • Prepare regular reports and actionable insights to support optimization and decision-making.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities to optimize campaigns and automate processes, while providing actionable recommendations for improvement, based on data analysis and performance insights.
  • Track key objectives and KPIs, create and maintain dashboards and reports, and share actionable insights to guide decision-making for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms, particularly for campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics and how to use it to improve campaign performance and connect traffic, engagement, and conversion data.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and how to apply it to landing page performance analysis, form friction and intent signals, as well as A/B testing logic and prioritization.
  • Ability to analyze data from both PPC campaigns and marketing automation to create actionable insights and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent technical and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing is a plus.
  • Expertise with AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and day-to-day tasks.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

By Day 30:

  • You understand our products, target audiences, and paid acquisition setup across channels.
  • You are familiar with our HubSpot environment and how it’s used to track leads, funnels, and campaign performance.
  • You’ve reviewed current paid campaigns and identified initial optimization opportunities.
  • You’ve aligned with the marketing, sales, and design teams on goals, processes, and priorities.

By Day 60:

  • You actively manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns with clear performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
  • You’re running A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and messaging, using data to guide decisions.
  • You’re using HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor funnel performance and lead quality.
  • You regularly share insights and optimization recommendations with the marketing team.

By Day 90:

  • You independently own the execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns.
  • You consistently improve campaign performance through testing, iteration, and data-driven insights.
  • You collaborate confidently with marketing, sales, and design teams to scale successful campaigns.
  • You contribute ideas and experiments that support sustainable, measurable growth.
