About this opportunityNexus is building the context layer that agents work on top of — a versioned, permissioned, searchable file system where every piece of your team's work compounds into intelligence that any agent can read from and write to.

We're looking for senior marketing leaders and specialists — heads of growth, brand strategists, demand gen leads, content strategists — who have built and refined repeatable marketing playbooks and want to turn them into reusable, agent-native workflows on Nexus.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with the Nexus product team to translate your best marketing frameworks into structured workflows that agents can execute
  • Define the inputs, logic, and outputs of each playbook so they can run autonomously on Nexus's open file system protocol — e.g., a GTM launch sequence, a content calendar engine, a competitive positioning audit
  • Stress-test agent-generated outputs against your expert judgment and iterate on quality
  • Help shape how marketing-grade intellectual property gets packaged for an AI-native world

Engagement format

  • Ideally ~5 hours per day for 2–3 weeks, though this is flexible and can be adapted to your schedule
  • Compensation: £110/hr
  • Start: ASAP
  • Remote-friendly

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in marketing with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role (Head of Growth, VP Marketing, Director of Demand Gen, Senior Brand Strategist, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience building or owning at least one structured, repeatable marketing playbook (e.g., GTM launch, ABM campaigns, SEO/content engine, paid acquisition framework, brand positioning methodology)
  • Strong opinions on what makes a marketing process actually scalable vs. ad hoc
  • Comfort working with early-stage product teams and iterating quickly
  • Curiosity about AI agents and how marketing workflows can be automated
