Social Media Manager - Brand Reputation

Join our team to protect and elevate brand reputation across global markets. You’ll be at the forefront of social media monitoring—spotting influencer and viral posts, responding to customer care issues, and managing brand crises with agility and empathy. This role demands strong stakeholder management, advanced social listening skills, and the ability to transform challenges into positive outcomes that strengthen trust in the brand

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media via Sprinklr and native platforms for influencer/viral posts and customer care issues.
• Respond to negative posts and manage brand crises with social listening, reporting, and in‑feed content.
• Liaise with Marketing & Comms teams to craft responses and elevate customer care.
• Manage senior stakeholder conversations across global leadership.
• Collaborate with teams across the US, UK & Ireland, India, and Australia.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members on processes and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media community management or related field and overall 4+ years managing social media for large brands with diverse issues.
• Strong project management skills with end‑to‑end delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, social media, or Public Relations.
• Proficiency in Sprinklr & Brandwatch for social listening.
• Experience in influencer management and crisis handling.
• Customer care operations background with strong empathy and communication skills.
• Ability to de‑escalate negative engagements and drive positive outcomes.
• Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube.
