To power our ambitions, we're now looking for our DTC Growth Lead.
You will own the DTC growth engine end to end, reporting directly to the Founder, and be the operator who takes us from a $5M business to a $100M+ global category leader.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
Consumer Acquisition & Funnel Optimization
- Own the DTC growth function and drive profitable acquisition against VEDIC LAB financial targets.
- Form and run a robust creative strategy in partnership with multi-ad agencies.
- Oversee monthly paid media budgets as they scale from $200k to $1M+ per month across Paid Social (Meta), Search (Google Ads), and emerging channels (TikTok, Native, and Affiliate).
On-site excellence and optimizations
- Own the performance of vediclab.com, partnering with our Shopify development agency.
- Drive continuous CRO (in partnership with CRO specialist agency), funnel planning, and testing.
- Build, test, and scale creative strategies with fast iteration cycles, powered by tight data feedback loops.
Retention & Lifecycle Optimization
- Own email/SMS, loyalty, and retention strategy, and overhaul post-purchase flows to turn first purchase into lifetime relationship, in partnership with our retention agency.
- Implement systems that meaningfully reduce subscription churn and maximize LTV through Klaviyo.
- Run cohort analysis to surface trends and unlock opportunities across the retention funnel.
Data, Reporting & Budget Ownership
- Fully own P&L responsibility for marketing and growth budgets.
- Build dashboards and systems that give real-time visibility into the operational KPIs that matter.
- Analyze funnel drop-offs, LTV:CAC ratios, and cohort data using the modern DTC stack (e.g., Triple Whale, Polar Analytics, GA4).
Team & Agency Management
- Manage and scale the growth team with A-players.
- Collaborate with best-in-class agencies and freelancers.
- Instill a culture of performance, quality, and excellence across the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in E-commerce/DTC, with the “Holy Grail” being experience in premium haircare, wellness, beauty, or subscription consumables.
- Proven experience scaling high-growth DTC brands, with the ability to “do the doing” — expert-level in media buying, creative strategy, and funnel building.
- Successfully navigated the hyper-growth journey from $5M to $50M+ revenue, ideally beyond. Managed budgets of a minimum of $200k/month.
- Fluency in the DACH market and consumer — German language capability is a strong plus, though not essential.
- An entrepreneurial operator who solves problems autonomously, takes ownership, and understands the demands of a fast-scaling, multi-market brand.
- Deep expertise in the modern DTC stack: Shopify Plus, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale/Polar Analytics, and GA4.
- Experience managing teams and agencies, and building high-performance marketing organizations across more than one market.
