We're now hiring a hardcore Advertising Performance Manager to run and scale all growth channels. If you're highly analytical, fully hands-on, and driven by numbers â this is your next big move.
đ Your Mission: Own All Paid & Organic Acquisition Channels
You will be responsible for designing, integrating, scaling, and optimizing five growth pillars:
1. Programmatic Advertising
- Launch and manage campaigns on DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr
- Optimize auctions, floor prices, bid shading, frequency caps, and supply path efficiency
- Deploy Prebid.js / OpenRTB wrappers; integrate brand safety layers (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, TrafficGuard)
- Implement GTM, Floodlight, server-side tagging, and custom attribution stacks
- Automate performance reports via GA4, Looker Studio, Snowflake, and Tableau
2. Search Engine Performance
- Run high-performing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Yandex
- Drive cost-efficient customer acquisition through advanced keyword bidding, ad extensions, and real-time script automation
- Manage funnel logic and landing page paths to optimize ROAS and conversion rates
3. Paid Social Performance
- Execute and optimize multi-platform campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and devices
- Build remarketing loops in coordination with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
4. Organic Growth & SEO
- Coordinate with SEO and content teams to grow traffic via page ranking, content architecture, backlinks, and technical SEO
- Align organic funnel with paid campaigns for holistic performance tracking
5. Affiliate Marketing
- Source, onboard, and manage affiliate partners globally
- Build unique tracking parameters and reporting pipelines
- Optimize offers and messaging for each affiliate segment and geography
- Maintain dashboards, incentives, and communications to scale this channel month over month

This is a performance-first, target-driven role with clear monthly KPIs from Day 1. Youâll be measured across:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rates & Quality of Leads
- Channel Growth & Optimization Pace
- Revenue Contribution & Attribution Accuracy

- Verification:Â IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, TrafficGuard
- Creative Tools:Â Celtra, Google Studio
â Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years in performance marketing, with deep ownership of programmatic, search, and social channels
- Proven ability to launch and scale campaigns from scratch and drive measurable revenue
- Advanced working knowledge of auction mechanics, bid strategies, tagging, and attribution modeling
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for automation and reporting workflows
- Experience with fraud prevention, brand safety, and full-funnel A/B testing
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Resilient, ownership-oriented, and ready to scale with a fast-moving startup

- Experience in hospitality, booking platforms, or OTAs
- Familiarity with Google Hotel Ads, meta search engines, or HubSpot
- Exposure to CTV, DOOH, or audio programmatic formats
- Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, UID 2.0, and privacy-first compliance strategies
