This fast-growing eCommerce brand is redefining the sleep industry with cutting-edge anti-snoring and sleep solutions, and they’re scaling fast. With monthly revenues already hitting multiple seven figures, they’re looking for a high-performance Google/YouTube Media Buyer to join the team and take performance to the next level.
If you live inside Google Ads Manager, thrive on performance data, and don’t flinch at scaling $10K+ per day across global campaigns, this is your role. You won’t just push buttons – you’ll be a strategic growth partner who understands how creatives, funnel mechanics, and analytics come together to drive results.
YOUR MISSION
To scale Google and YouTube ad campaigns that drive consistent, profitable growth. You’ll lead performance strategy across Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube (including VSLs). This isn’t a set-and-forget role -we’re looking for a media buyer who moves fast, thinks data-first, and executes relentlessly.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, Brand Campaigns, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage and expand YouTube campaigns, scaling daily spend beyond $20K while maintaining performance targets
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to identify wins, reduce inefficiencies, and guide strategic changes through GA4 and TripleWhale
- Always have an oversight on what’s happening inside the account, jumping in to troubleshoot issues
- Analyze creatives to determine winning angles, hooks and partner with the creative team to share performance data with them
- Identify and act on performance patterns — know what’s working, why it’s working, and how to scale it
- Build streamlined, scalable ad account structures across platforms to support rapid testing and growth
- Proactively engage with Google account reps to troubleshoot issues and unlock growth levers
- Allocate media budgets strategically, ensuring a strong return on ad spend while supporting broader customer experience goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate wins, flag issues and necessary changes for better Paid Search performance
WHO YOU ARE
- You have extensive experience in media buying with a strong portfolio of Google/YouTube success stories for DTC brands
- You have a deep understanding of direct response and conversion-focused advertising
- You don’t wait for data to come to you - you go after it and act on it fast, making sure you’re hitting CAC and MER goals
- You have launched high volumes of ads per week and understand the necessary steps to keep things efficient
- You do the right thing (even when no one’s looking) and bring a contagious energy to every interaction
- You have experience working with and escalating through Google support
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST MONTH
- Take full ownership of Google Search and YouTube campaigns
- Gain a deep understanding of the brand’s products, target audience, and funnel structure
- Learn how marketing is currently done, including the creatives, funnels, and performance structure
- Begin spotting new opportunities across creatives, audiences, and campaign strategy
- Launch your first round of tests and drive quick performance wins
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the broader team, bringing insights and momentum
- Show urgency in reacting to issues or underperformance — you’re on top of the account daily
